Designed specifically for the Zoom F3 and Zoom F6, this adapter lets you connect any 3.5 mm plug-in power (PIP) stereo microphone to the recorder’s XLR inputs. The 48V phantom power is converted into a stable supply for the microphone’s capsules.
It’s the neatest way to use lavaliers, binaural mics and other PIP microphones on Zoom’s 32-bit float recorders — compact, with no dangling boxes, matched to the recorder’s form factor.
Like everything I build, it’s hand-assembled and tested in my workshop in Nantes, France, using quality connectors.
