The Earsight Thumb Omni Angled takes the cable-free Thumb concept and adds an angled body, so the capsules point outward or upward when plugged into side-by-side XLR inputs — widening the stereo image and clearing the recorder’s body.
Inside, the same low-noise omnidirectional capsules as the Earsight Standard: 14 dBA self-noise and −24 dB sensitivity, ideal for quiet ambiences and nature recording on a minimal rig.
Powered by 48V phantom, hand-built and tested in my workshop in Nantes, France. Add Comica windshields for outdoor recording.
