You keep the low-noise omnidirectional capsule of the Standard series (14 dBA self-noise, −24 dB sensitivity) and gain professional wind protection for exposed locations: coastlines, ridgelines, open fields.
Plugs directly into any XLR input, powered by 48V phantom. Hand-built and tested in Nantes, France. The Rycote BBG windshield itself is available as an option.
